Return & Exchange Policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, make it right, and replace your item with a new product. Your request to replace a faulty product has to be raised within three business days of receiving it. Please present receipt copy and email us on support@esmeluxury.com in regards to any issues with your order.


Return & Exchanges

Items can be return or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Items purchased on sale or with discount code and gift cards are non-exchangeable/ returnable.
• Personal Care Items( like scrunchies, eye mask) are returnable only if defective.

Process:
1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support at support@esmeluxury.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
2. Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
3. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning/exchanging the item.

 

Refund Process:
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund (excluding the original shipping fee) to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we process the return.
