How do I wash my Esmé Hair Wrap?
The Esmé cute Hair Wrap is made of 100% pure mulberry silk, so we advise dry clean only as a precautionary measure. However, many of our clients successfully hand wash their Esmé Hair Wraps in cold water with gentle detergent. Rinse well, squeeze out surplus moisture by rolling in a towel and hang to dry. Never soak, boil, bleach or wring silk or leave it crumpled in a towel. We strictly advise against machine washing.
Is there a hair length restriction to wear an Esmé Hair Wrap?

What's the difference between silk and satin wrap?
The difference between naturally spun silk and factory-produced synthetic satin extends beyond the simple contrast of feel and comfort. Silk is used by acclaimed cosmetic surgeons and beauty clinics worldwide as THE material for facial and hair beauty owing to the fact that it contains a rich amount of nutrients in its fibres. The amino acids present in silk fibres are essential to human hair and body as they help replenish lustre and the lock in natural moisture from your hair and skin. Silk insulation properties keep the temperature around your body optimal providing not only comfort, but the perfect environment for your hair to thrive in. Satin, on the other hand, is man-made. How do I use my Esmé Luxury Hair Wrap?
During the day-
STEP 1
Start with slightly damp hair (90% dry) by either allowing it to dry after a shower or lightly dampening it with a spray bottle.

STEP 2
First brush and detangle your hair. Then start brushing all your damp hair in any one direction, and start taking them towards the back. 

STEP 3  Continue brushing your hair in one direction till the time all your hair is completely wrapped around your head. You can tuck the hair pin at the ends to hold your hair.

STEP 4
Put on your Esmé Luxury Hair Wrap now and keep it firmly there until your hair gets fully dry. Drying time will vary based on the length and thickness of your hair.

During the night-

STEP 1

Can I return my Esmé silk product if I change my mind?

Due to our high hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All our products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Is there a time limit to request a replacement for a faulty product?

Yes, your request to replace a faulty product must be raised within three business days of receiving it. Please ensure to provide a copy of the receipt and email us at support@esmeluxury.com regarding any issues with your order.

Do you offer exchanges for orders?

At this time, we do not accept any order exchanges. However, if you need any help with your order, please reach out to our team for assistance.

How do refunds work for faulty orders or non-delivery situations?
For faulty orders or if you fail to receive your product for any reason, please contact our team for a refund. If your request is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds will be processed up to 14 days post receiving the return confirmation request of the item, and the refund will be issued through the same method as the original payment. For example, if you paid by COD, you will receive cash as a refund, and if you paid by card, the refund will be processed back to that specific card.
What should I do if my Esmé silk product arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find the item to be defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@esmeluxury.com. 

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all products ordered before 12 PM within 2 days of receiving the order. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed and dispatched considering 2 days from the following day.

Is shipping free within India?
Yes, all orders within India qualify for free shipping to all PIN codes.
Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, there will be an additional shipping charge for orders outside of India. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated during checkout.

How long does it take for domestic orders to arrive?

Generally, orders shipped domestically are in transit for 4-7 working days after dispatch.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged during transit?
