Shipping Policy

We ship all products ordered before 12 PM on the same day of order placement. All orders placed post 12 PM will be processed and dispatched the following day.

All orders will have free shipping to all PIN codes across India.

There will be an additional shipping charge for orders outside of India. 

TRANSIT TIME DOMESTICALLY

Generally orders shipped domestically are in transit 4-7 working days after dispatch.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Confirmation

To ensure faster processing and reduce unnecessary returns, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a small confirmation token amount.

Once you place your COD order, a secure UPI payment link will be shared with you on your WhatsApp. After the token payment is received, your order will be confirmed and prioritized for dispatch.

Please note:

• The token amount will be adjusted against your final COD payment.
• No additional charges will apply for this amount.
• Orders are processed only after the token payment is completed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. Delivery time would be 7-10 working days.
