Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Since each order is carefully prepared before dispatch, processing times may vary slightly during periods of high order volume.
There will be an additional shipping charge for orders outside of India.
TRANSIT TIME DOMESTICALLY
Generally orders shipped domestically are in transit 4-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier network.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Confirmation
To ensure faster processing and reduce unnecessary returns, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a small confirmation token amount.
Once you place your COD order, a secure UPI payment link will be shared with you on your WhatsApp. After the token payment is received, your order will be confirmed and prioritized for dispatch.
Please note:
- The token amount will be adjusted against your final COD payment.
- No additional charges will apply for this amount.
- Orders are processed only after the token payment is completed.
